Nothing like driving in to work only to get a phone call and be told that you've been re-allocated to a different post - no consultation, no "do you mind" - just moved. :censored:

To add insult to injury, the different post is a pay grade LOWER than your regular rostered position and last time they did this you were paid at the lower rate. :mad22:

:yell: I NEVER AGREED TO THE CHANGE - WHY THE HELL SHOULD I LOSE OUT ON MONEY?!?!

Just a little frakkin' consideration would be NICE!!

As a note do you have an employment agreement with these guys :deal:

If so they are in complete breach of the contract they have set :horn:

I was the man at one point.

Did I mention it was very stressful BEING the man? Maybe this is where the HTFU comes back into the equation! :p

Consideration for the working class scum?
i doubt that, i mean when did the working class ever have rights?
i think going postal is the only answer... do it rusty you know you should take em all out. o_0

Why go postal - it just gets me in trouble with people who can get me locked in a small cell with a guy who reads DYI home-sodomy books.

I'd rather make THEIR life hell by sticking to my guns and knowing my rights and ramming them down their throats.

One of the nice things about being full time, I can demand decent treatment and as long as I'm within my rights, they can't do shit about it.

Casuals on the otherhand can find that their work dries up if they complain about anything...
