So Jetstar seem to be screwing up in fine form lately.

Most recently we have this article on news.com.au (http://www.news.com.au/travel/news/mother-told-she-cant-fly-jetstar-with-twins/story-e6frfq80-1225824205813) about a woman and her two 18month old twins who was refused entry to the plane at the airport, after she was helped by Jetstar staff to book the tickets a month ago.

No real reason is mentioned in the article as to why she was not allowed to fly with the twins, and while I might not like children myself, plenty of people have them and allowances should be made to ensure they can travel when accompanied by an adult. So - Jetstar fails again...

Why again??

Only yesterday, Jetstar stranded 'hundreds of passengers' in Thailand for two days due to maintenance failures! Of course, this also made it into the news... (http://www.news.com.au/travel/news/jetstar-passengers-stranded-in-thailand/story-e6frfq80-1225823817060) with a number of passengers swearing (http://www.news.com.au/breaking-news/stranded-passengers-touch-down-vow-never-to-fly-jetstar-again/story-e6frfku0-1225824249211) 'We'll never fly FailStar..err...JetStar again....'

And we should all remember the fiasco back in November, where Jetstar made a Paralympian check his wheelchair into luggage and providing him with an unsuitable substitute wheelchair which prompted the [understandably] pissed off paralympian to say 'Screw you' and crawl to the plane with his hands. For this, Jetstar said "Sorry".... (http://www.news.com.au/breaking-news/national/jetstar-sorry-for-taking-kurt-fearnleys-wheelchair/story-e6frfku9-1225803152057)

Finally - we should all applaud the brave new direction JetStar are taking by telling passengers they will be checking their own luggage. (http://www.news.com.au/adelaidenow/story/0,,26645744-5006301,00.html) It's like inviting terrorists to blow up your planes, but happily, as most people will probably not be flying with them, the casualties will hopefully be minimal.
