So what's with my fascination with medical shows on TV? I love Scrubs, House, Miami Medical, Trauma....and now Grey's Anatomy. No doubt I'll soon be watching Private Practice as well... In fact - looking at the shows i like, there seem to be doctors everywhere... 7 Days had doctors in the main cast, Being Human, the lead characters work in a hospital, Bionic Woman gets operated on by mad(?) doctors, Bones is mostly a crime procedural drama, but again ...
Sooo...back at my old site in my new role... Much better than where I was. Less stress, Less pressure. Less political inter-departmental bullshit. So over all - all good. Meanwhile, I'm now a year older. Supposedly that means a year wiser. Ah well, one out of two ain't bad...
Damnit - 6 hours of internets outage... what a crock!! Ah well - it's back now! YAY!! And only 1 more shift to go till I move sites... Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
Long time no blog update... In fact, my last update was just as I was starting my new position, so it's kind of interesting that this post is just as I'm ENDING that role and moving off to my new one, albeit at my old site. Sooo - I've killed my Failbook account [and no, I won't say face instead of fail - ner!]. I've decided I don't want my dren up there in every-ones face. Sooo... mixed feelings about starting the new job on Monday. Sad to be leaving where I've been for the past 10 months, but looking forward to the new challenges ahead... I'm going to miss working with a bunch of really great people... Ah well - Can't make an omlette without breaking some eggs I guess... On a completely unrelated front - Castle has had an additional 2 eps tacked on to it's season 2 order! YAY! Awesome show is awesome ...
